These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aidavo.com and the Aidavo app (together, the "Platform"), operated by Aidance Avocation Tech Private Limited ("Aidavo", "we", "us"), as a customer looking for local service professionals ("Partners"). By checking the consent box shown at sign-up (or, for accounts created earlier, when you next sign in), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect and how, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Aidavo is a marketplace that helps you discover and contact independent local service professionals — plumbers, electricians, tutors, and others. Partners are independent businesses or individuals, not employees, agents, or representatives of Aidavo. We don't perform the services listed on the Platform, and we aren't a party to any agreement you make with a Partner.
To show you nearby professionals and let them respond to your tasks, Aidavo asks for your location when you sign in or post a task. You can decline location access and search manually instead, though results may be less relevant.
When you call a Partner (or a Partner calls you back) through Aidavo's in-app calling feature, the call is recorded, transcribed, and analysed by an AI system to generate a short summary and flag anything actionable — full details are in our Privacy Policy. You'll see a notice confirming this on-screen immediately before the call connects. By proceeding with the call after that notice, you consent to the recording and analysis. If you don't want a conversation recorded, don't use in-app calling for it.
Posting a task is different from directly contacting a Partner. When you post a task, your name, approximate location, and the contact method(s) you select are shared as a lead with nearby Partners offering that service — including Partners you have not contacted or spoken to — so that more than one Partner can respond to you. When you directly call, WhatsApp, or email a specific Partner instead, only that Partner receives your details. Either way,Aidavo doesn't control, and isn't responsible for, what a Partner does with the information once they have it, beyond our own data-handling commitments in the Privacy Policy.
Aidavo doesn't charge customers to search for or contact Partners, and we don't process payments between you and a Partner. Any pricing, scope of work, or payment terms are agreed directly between you and the Partner. Aidavo doesn't guarantee the accuracy of any pricing shown or discussed, and isn't a party to that payment arrangement.
Reviews and feedback you post are shown publicly on the relevant Partner's profile. By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience, and you give Aidavo a licence to display, store, and moderate it. Don't post anything false, defamatory, abusive, or that violates someone else's rights — we may remove content that breaches this, or that we're required to remove by law.

Aidavo doesn't vet, supervise, or guarantee the work, conduct, pricing, licensing, or insurance of any Partner. Any service you receive from a Partner is provided by that Partner alone, at your own discretion and risk. We encourage you to use reviews, ratings, and your own judgement before hiring anyone.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aidavo and Aidance Avocation Tech Private Limited aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, or from any service, dispute, or interaction with a Partner. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold Aidavo harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with a Partner.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, misuse the calling or task features, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. You may stop using the Platform, or ask us to delete your account, at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date above. Continuing to use Aidavo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
