I assist clients in structuring and negotiating contracts to protect interests, identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks, and ensure clear, enforceable, and compliant terms. Each contract is tailored to the specific transaction and business needs, with a focus on practical drafting, regulatory compliance, commercial clarity, and dispute prevention through well-defined rights, obligations, and consequences, backed by hands-on corporate legal experience. One session covers one contract, one revision round, and negotiation support. Additional work may be billed separately.
